Delta Conveyance Project: 2024 – 2026 Proposed Geotechnical Activities Delta Plan Consistency
So that DWR can undertake the 2024-2026 Proposed Geotechnical Activities in compliance with the June 20, 2024, court ruling, DWR plans to submit a certification of consistency with the Delta Plan for the 2024-2026 Proposed Geotechnical Activities proposed action. Therefore, consistent with the Delta Stewardship Council requirements, DWR is posting a draft of the certification at least 10-days prior to formal submission for public review and comment.
