Notice of Preparation of an EIR on Lookout Slough Restoration Project

DWR is planning to prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) for the Lookout Slough Restoration Project.
The Draft EIR will meet the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
DWR has issued this Notice of Preparation (NOP) to provide responsible agencies, trustee agencies, and other interested parties with information describing the proposal and its environmental effects.
