This is an opportunity for elected Tribal leaders and formally designated Tribal representatives to identify themselves and to specify the agenda item(s) on which they will comment, as described in the Commission’s California Native American Tribal Leadership Comment Policy.

5. Executive Officer’s Report
The Executive Officer will report on various matters addressed since the previous Commission meeting.
6. Commission Member Reports
This is an opportunity for members to disclose any meetings or conversations related to Commission business and held since the previous Commission meeting.
7. Public Testimony
Although no formal Commission action will be taken, the Commission offers an opportunity for the public to address the Commission on items of interest that are within the Commission’s jurisdiction, but that do not appear on the agenda.
8. Water Storage Investment Program: Overview of Timeline and Potential Challenges
Commission staff will provide an update on the progress of projects in the Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP) and provide an overview of current project timelines and potential challenges in an effort to track how projects are demonstrating sufficient progress towards securing WSIP funding.
9. Water Storage Investment Program: Options for Utilizing Funding
Commission staff will provide information on the Commission’s options for utilizing available funding from the withdrawal of the Los Vaqueros Reservoir Expansion Project and from funds available from Proposition 4 (2024).

10. Water Storage Investment Program: Harvest Water Program Update
Representatives of the Sacramento Area Sewer District, the project proponent for the Harvest Water Program, will update the Commission on project progress.
11. State Water Project Briefing: Optimizing Operations in a Changing Climate
DWR staff will brief the Commission on State Water Project priorities for 2025, including an update on safety metrics and data collection, the new State-issued long-term operations permits, and current water year hydrology, allocation, and planning decisions.

12. Update on Engagement Numbers, Near-Term Actions, and Planning
Commission staff will provide an update on engagement numbers, near-term actions, and planning in support of Goal 2 of the Commission’s 2025 Strategic Plan, which aims to develop, implement, and evaluate a targeted approach to increasing engagement in the Commission’s work.
