​Water Storage Investment Program Project Review Portal

Proposition 1 dedicated $2.7 billion for investments in new water storage projects.  The California Water Commission (Commission), through the Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP), will fund the public benefits of these projects.

The application period for WSIP funding closed on August 14, 2017. All applications received by the Commission and information and documentation related to the review process can be found on this page.

Eligibility and Completeness Letters & Responses

Per section 6006 of the WSIP regulations, Commission staff reviewed each application for completeness and basic eligibility and notified applicants of any deficiencies identified during this review. The letters that were sent to applicants can be found in the table below.
