​7. Commission Preparatory Briefing: Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP) Scoring and Determinations ​
In order to prepare the Commission for its WSIP-related decisions in 2018, Commission staff will brief the Commission on project scoring and how the Commission will make the determinations required by Proposition 1 (Water Code section 79755).
​8. Action Item: Disposition of Additional Information Submitted by San Joaquin Valley Water Infrastructure Authority​
​At the Commission's October 2017 meeting, staff presented the results of the completeness and basic eligibility review for each WSIP applicant. Staff also requested Commission direction on information provided by the San Joaquin Valley Water Infrastructure Authority that is not required for an application to be considered complete (per section 6006 of the WSIP regulations). After some discussion, the Commission deferred action on the additional information.

​9. Update on State Water Project (SWP)​
Department of Water Resources (DWR) staff will brief the Commission on three issues related to the SWP: subsidence around the California Aqueduct; Oroville Dam spillway construction; and DWR's progress on achieving greenhouse gas reduction and renewable energy goals.
