​6. Public Testimony​​
Although no formal Commission action will be taken, this is an opportunity for interested members of the public to address the Commission regarding items of interest that are within the Commission’s jurisdiction, but that do not specifically appear on the agenda.​
​7. Legislative Update
Department of Water Resources (DWR) staff will provide an update on State legislation relevant to the activities of DWR and the Commission.
​8. Update on Program and Administrative Activities for the Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP) and Discussion of Outstanding WSIP Issues
Commission staff will update the Commission on activities undertaken to implement the Water Storage Investment Program. Additionally, staff will provide an updated timeline for the development of the WSIP regulations and brief the Commission on outstanding issues.
​9. Overview of the WSIP Technical Reference Document​
Commission staff will present an overview of the content of the Technical Reference Document that is being developed to provide guidance on the quantification of public benefits under the WSIP.
​10. Briefing on DWR's 2016 Draft Basin Boundary Modifications
DWR staff will present the 2016 Draft Basin Boundary Modifications. The Sustainable Groundwater Management Act gives the Commission the opportunity to hear and comment on the proposed modifications [Water Code 10722.2 (e)].​
