​6. Public Testimony​
Although no formal Commission action will be taken, the Commission is allowing an opportunity to interested members of the public to address the Commission on items of interest that are within the Commission's jurisdiction, but that do not specifically appear on the agenda​.
​7. Action Item: Election of Commission Chair and Vice-Chair​
Consistent with the Internal Rules and Guidelines for Activities of the California Water Commission, adopted February 2011, the Commission will elect Chair and Vice-Chair.
​​8. Sustainable Groundwater Management Act Implementation: Presentation of Draft Groundwater Sustainability Plan Regulation Concepts​
DWR staff will provide an informational update on activities since the January meeting related to the development of Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) Regulations and present the draft GSP Regulation concepts.
​9. Update on Program and Administrative Activities for the Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP)​
Commission staff will update the Commission on activities undertaken to implement the Water Storage Investment Program.

​10. Modeling as a Tool for Water Resources Planning Decisions​
Commission staff will provide an overview of water resources modeling tools, including CALSIM, and describe how they can be used for water resources planning decisions.
​11. Presentation of Draft Concepts for the WSIP Evaluation Regulations​
Commission staff will present an overview of draft concepts for the WSIP regulations on evaluation of proposed water storage projects.
